Frequently asked questions
by Rosace
Absolutely. This is the approach we recommend to limit resistance to change. You can isolate a new project and deploy by rosace on it. This allows your coordinators and assistants to test the validation workflow in real-world conditions. Once the benefits are proven on this pilot, the general rollout happens naturally.
Maestro
1. Why choose Maestro in addition to Trello
Maestro acts as a real bridge between your data entry and your business management. Concretely, it is a Trello Power-Up that plugs into your workspace to allow you to visualize, filter, and modify all your subtasks (checklist items) across multiple cards and boards. The integration is seamless and complete: Maestro synchronizes in real time and bidirectionally with Trello, ensuring that your information is always up to date on both sides.
2. Master the engine in 5 minutes
Maestro uses an automated scoring system based on a clear visual language. It assigns points to each task according to predefined criteria. You can freely insert emojis into the task name on Trello. Maestro treats these emojis as characters and accumulates the corresponding points to define the priority. For example, the 🔴 emoji is worth 400 points and the 🔥 emoji is worth 80 points.
3. Save time on a daily basis
Go to the Tasks view. This view centralizes and combines data from all your boards. Use the specific "task member" filter. By applying the "Task member = Me" filter, you get quick access to your To-Do list. You then have the option to save this filter for your personal use.
4. Security & Privacy
Maestro reads your data directly via the Trello API. The tool extracts your information for filtering and then stores it in its database, hosted in Paris. Searches/filtering are done on the copied data, not directly on the data in Trello.
5. Trial, rates, and subscription
Trello remains your exclusive tool for data entry. Maestro, via the Rosace interface, becomes your analytical management tool. This approach maximizes the value of your existing Trello licenses by unlocking a global view. The resulting productivity gain avoids the hiring of expensive additional coordinators.
